Therapy For Diverse Communities

As an Asian American psychologist, I've been providing culturally informed psychotherapy for over 20 years. Broadly trained in psychotherapy, my specialty is helping clients navigate intersecting identities related to race, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality. I value a collaborative approach where we co-create a meaningful narrative of change.

About

We listen, co-create, and transform

I have a long history of working with clients from diverse backgrounds across race, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality, gender, religion, age, and disability status. My approach is to co-create a meaningful narrative with clients that generates steps to change. I also help clients address barriers, such as fears, doubts, and traumas. As a former member of the clinical faculty at Yale School of Medicine, I am also experienced in working with members in academic communities. While I am based in the State of CT, I am authorized to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology in 34 states (psycpact.org)
